Hi sorry if this has been covered.

A number of colleagues from UK universities regularly visit for the purpose of helping Thai students go to study in the UK by attending exhibitions organised by both Royal Thai government and the British Council. Previously they have all come in under the visa exemption scheme.

The regulations I have seen suggest they should be on Non-Immigrant B visas - but is this really necessary to come to attend a weekend exhibition and talk to students, especially with the detailed documentation required to apply for Non B visa.

Any advice welcomed
