90 Day Report - Required Documents

Featured Replies

I saw a very clear chart on Thaivisa the other day that listed the required documents for the in person 90 day report. But, I have not been able to find it again.

These are the copies I think that are required in Phuket:

Copy of Picture page.

Copy of visa/extension.

Copy of arrival stamp.

Copy of departure card.

The form is no longer required.

I have the notification/receipt for the next 90 day report that I believe immigration takes from the passport and issues a new one.

Are there other documents needed for the report?

Not sure what Phuket wants. Most immigration office want nothing more than the TM47 form and your passport and some don't ask for TM47 if you have the receipt for the previous report.

I cannot think of more than what you listed being needed.

They will take the receipt out of the passport and put the new in it.

Patong Immi (Beach Rd) is a lot easier than in Phuket town, if you are near there.

(10am - 4pm).

Do u need TM47 at Patong beach office anyone know ?

Unless there has been a change Phuket do not require any documentation once the first 90 day report is done either at the Patong or Phuket town offices.

As I now do all my 90 day reports on line my info may be outdated.

I entered via a boat into Chalong, used to report 90day OK online but now the online system tells me to go to the office !
