Screenshots show an angry woman at the Department of Land Transport in Bangkok on Tuesday.

BANGKOK — A woman who went viral on the internet last week for her abusive behavior over a parking ticket was back with more today.

In a video posted online Tuesday, a woman was seen shouting incoherently at officials at the Department of Land Transport.

A representative at the Department of Land Transport confirmed the video shows a woman ranting at the venue, but said the incident occurred yesterday, not today as alleged by the Facebook page to which it was posted.

“... She was shouting something. We couldn’t make out what she said,” said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because she feared punishment from her supervisors. According to the official, the woman arrived in a car and drove away after she finished her ranting.

again, this woman has a mental health issue, as stated by a Thai government official, but is still able to drive a car around.

Was she the judge in the Koh Tao case?

Let's hope she's past the child bearing age. Last thing the world needs is another whacko, especially one with a law degree and a bench.

might be time to arrest her and have her examined by medical specialists and get her some help, she could very well be a danger to herself and others

This crazy woman needs sectioned, before she causes serious harm to herself or others.

She is in need of help not ridiculed.

More like just another case of " don't you know who I am".

She is obviously in need of some help.

The entire judiciary system (that hasn't fired her yet) is in need of some help.

They both seem to invite ridicule. They BEG for it.

Is there justice for others in this society when a known mental case is still allowed to drive around, especially within the compound of the government branch that issues driving permits?

Nobody's game enough!

And person who was convicted of a crime by this ex judge needs to have their case reexamined.

No one will give a toss until something serious, heaven forbid a tragedy, happens then the hand wringing will start.

I have a very strict policy about dealing with crazy women - someone else is going to have to do it.

I'll bet every Thai man who comes within 10 feet of this thing also adopts the same policy.

Mentally ill or not, her behaviour is certainly not acceptable & surely must be checked so as to show that the authorities here are fulfilling their duty of care to not only the lady in the video, but also to the general public who have to share a road & public spaces with this person.

Her behaviour is utterly appalling, and her medication / diagnosis also need some further scrutiny I suspect. Giving her carte blanche to do as she wants while blaming those who point out the behaviour with viral videos is a disgrace, and not for the first time. facepalm.gif

She's OK just arrest those who post the videos.

Seems very convenient to have another public fit of rage after it was claimed that she was mentally ill, doesn't it?

This type of person will definitely get some one or some people killed on the road and then blame them for their own death.

Let's hope she's past the child bearing age. Last thing the world needs is another whacko, especially one with a law degree and a bench.

She needs a look thep

It's a very bad case of HISO. It can only be cured by eating humble pie.

I've got a friend who's father is a retired judge. He's got a special sticker on his car so police can't stop him. Ever. Another example of how some are above the law, and act like it. No humility.

She's a judge from Thailand's got Tallent

Until the patronage system is destroyed. Nothing will ever change in Thailand.!

.........let's rewrite history.....

...it was reported that she is a judge.....

...now we have to forget that.......

...this is really psychopathic......

It's a very sad indictment on the country when some people are awarded immunity from the law.

About those stickers....in a land where forged passports and fake degrees abound, it's a wonder these stickers are not on the open market. Wouldn't that be funny if they were? Imagine the quandary of the police on check points. Needs a few Ja New's to test it out.

Maybe Mandingo has a cure for her :D

I think his new Benz with blacked out windows help! LOL But he proudly pointed it to me on a trip a few years ago. Saying nobody could stop him.

She reminds me of my mother!

They claim she is mentally ill.

But they still let her drive around in her car??

Potentially a lethal weapon in the hands of a mentally ill person....

One of the many who are "dsmaged material" in LOS
