iforget
My Thai wife owns land that borders on a "no hunting" area. Five years ago she started the process to upgrade from NS3 to Chanote. Because the land was "forest line" she had to have it inspected (all on the same day) by land office, Parks Dept, RFD, amphur and pu yai baan. The land was deemed to be okay (NS3 predated the establishment of the park) She went this week to the local land office to check on progress and was told that because of orders from the military she now has to start all over again. Anyone know if this is true? Or is it yet another attempt to get a white envelope? We have never bribed anyone. 5 years so far will tell you that; a neighbour got his chanote in 3 weeks (pre-coup). A couple of years ago my wife had to resort to the Damrongdharm Center to shake the paperwork free of an amphur official who was holding things up in expectation of a kickback. It worked. So, any thoughts, anyone?
