My12-month 'marriage visa' expires on the 19th Feb, when is the earliest I can go to renew it, please?

Anytime now

Most offices will accept applications 30 days in advance of an extension expiring and a few up to 45 days in advance.

    The new extension will start from when the existing one expires regardless of when, between now and the 19th, you apply.

    Always a good idea to do it early in case of any unforeseen problems.

    I just did mine 43 days early.
