retirement extension at jomtien

Just to report I just did my yearly extension based on retirement at jomtien and there were no new requirements.I had a copy of TM30 and landlords id and tabien baan in reserve but was never asked for them despite all the reports they were needed.

A friend told me the same (last month).

No new requirements for him.

But he is there for the sixth year now.

Maybe related to your "history".

I will be doing my extension in a couple of months or so at Jomtien so it's always good to receive up to date info.

Same experience in late December. Nothing new required. TM30 never mentioned. Quick and painless ... my 9th.
