My residence is in Pattaya and will be traveling up country when my 90 day is due. Can I report up country? Tried to do it online but the website is permanently stuck on decline and won't let me finish.

  • No the report needs to be made to your local office.

You have a 3 week window to report. You can report within 15 days early or 7 days late of the due date.

You could do it by post.
