Madeleine McCann's mum and British authorities vow to keep looking

London: Kate McCann believes her daughter Madeleine's kidnapper did not take her "a million miles" from the Portuguese resort she was snatched from.

Madeleine McCann was just three when she disappeared from the British family's holiday apartment in May 2007.

Since 2011, UK police have been helping in the search for clues as to what happened to the youngster, and officers visited the holiday resort in 2014.

One of the saddest stories ever. I just hope the parents had nothing to do with it, other than being stupid by leaving her alone. coffee1.gif

l don't think that the parents had anything to do with it.

Why would they?

But l agree they were stupid in leaving their children alone.

We had 4 kids & we NEVER left them alone.

This couple have made a good living out of their daughter's disappearance, never mind the London police officers seemingly permanently on holiday in Portugal looking for her.

Words fail me ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, almost,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, do you know what and "anchor" with a "w" would be?

This one of those tragic stories.

But kids go missing all the time and I can't help but wonder; would the same effort have been made if the kid had not been some photogenic blonde white kid, and the parents not well off media savvy, also photogenic white folks?

The answer I'm sorry to say, had the kid been black or brown, with poor parents this would have been dropped within a week.

On a side note, had this happened in the US, I sincerely doubt the parents would have received the same sympathy, in point of fact I'm pretty sure they themselves would have been charged with child endangerment for leaving their kids alone

Madeleines parents are as guilty as hell, left young children alone.

Have spent years making money out of her disapearance, 1 of them or both were involved in what happened that night.
