PATTAYA: -- On Wednesday afternoon, the Pattaya Police Chief announced the arrest of a 41-year-old man accused of stealing two rented vehicles from the North-East of Thailand who was also found to have 3 outstanding arrest warrants in Pattaya and elsewhere in Thailand.

Khun Gan was arrested outside of the Big C Supermarket in South Pattaya thanks to GPS Tracking which was fitted to a Toyota Fortuna he had rented from Khun Wallaporn aged 38 who runs a Car and Van Rental Business in Khon Kaen Province, located in the North-East of Thailand.

She revealed how the suspect had initially rented a Toyota Minivan from her in October 2015 at a cost of 17,000 Baht per month. He was behind in payments but despite this she allowed him to rent a second vehicle in January, a Toyota Fortuna at a cost of 23,000 Baht per month.
