Baht busses on Sukhumvit?

Take a regular Baht bus up to Pattaya Klang, get off near Sukhumvit (it's their end point) and get on a White Baht Bus on Sukhumvit

Price should be in total around 20 THB.

Simply take a baht bus up Pattaya-Naklua road all the way into the heart of Naklua market area.

From there you would only have a relatively short walk east to Sukhumvit (if indeed you really do want to go further down Sukhumvit).

I looked at your map but didn't see exactly where you want to go.

If you are really looking for the place to buy nuts (your other thread) it could very well be that you want to go to the market area in Naklua anyway. Although I haven't done it myself, I'm guessing that a baht bus up Pattaya-Naklua road would probably take you directly to the market area.

Both the options suggested are valid.

Personally I think I would go via Naklua if I was starting at Central Festival as it should only be one very frequent Bahtbus trip to the market and then a fairly interesting short walk up to Sukumvit. Also you avoid the current Sukumvit roadworks and diversions which would be a pain, especially on the return trip.

You can even take the light blue Bahtbus at the market up to Sukumvit, if you cant be bothered to walk.
