Drunken Foreigner Causes Panic in Pattaya, Wandering Half Naked & Armed with a Knife
I'm not going to disagree with your whole opinion but if 5% tax on wine is enough to put affluent tourists off coming perhaps we measure affluent differently 🤔 -

I have sugar problem
You can buy for around 800 Baht devices to measure your blood sugar levels. You don't need to buy the kind that takes blood from you. That's old style. If your blood sugar level is too high you can buy many foods on Lazada to reduce your blood sugar to prevent you from getting diabetes. Obviously, stay away from chocolate (unless it's 80-90% cocoa), biscuits, supermarket processed "food", and kanom for a while. Your body will go back to normal and all will be well. -

UK: Jamaican Drug Offender Avoids Deportation After ECHR Appeal
So when Hungary or Poland (rightly) ignore an unenforcable judgement made by an unelected activist judge what should their punishment be in your opinion? Should there be a punishment? Or as sovereign nations should they be able to decide that if they want to deport a foreign criminal they should be able to do so? The clowns in this government (and the last) hide behind these unelected judges as they are cowards who put the interests and safety of the British people behind that of foreign criminals. There should be no higher court than the UK appeals court and any judgements received by the ECHR should be at best seen as advisory and heard after the deportation has already taken place. -

LTR Visa is Now available for Long Term Residency
Yeah. My quote was from the Expattax folk's FAQ page -- which, I've found, has a lot of questionable observations. But, hey, they do start out their webpage with the disclaimer: "The information on this website is for informational purposes only and is not professional tax advice." So, maybe they're honest, if not dependable. Hey, they're the ones who maintain pre 2024 income, to be non assessable when remitted, must only be from a savings account. Chew on that for awhile. -
