More than half of the 2,148 Cambodian teens and youths arrested last year for “inciting chaos and social disorder,” belonged to gangs, according to a report released by the Interior Ministry that said the number was down 9 percent from 2014.

It classified 1,368 of the teens and youths arrested as “gangsters,” saying 719 of them were charged in court and the rest were “re-educated” and sent back home. The report said that the teens and youths arrested belonged to 407 different gangs.

Interior Ministry Secretary of State Em Sam An said that although the number of teens and youths arrested last year fell, this could be the result of lax law enforcement in some communities.

Don't lkaugh, the Cambodian Gangs in Long Beach are ruthless, have a name somthing like "Nothing to Lose", even the Vietnamese gangs don't mess with them and they are bad asses.
