i got my WP this before 15 days and started working already, so i need pay tax for this month.

but

should company pay tax for 4 khun thai?

if company not paying tax for 4 khun thai, any problem for my visa or for company?

in my company 4 thai staffs working, but no one paying tax.

Deductions for taxes are not required until a person reaches the point where they make more than the annual income required to pay taxes. That is 150K baht plus deductions which could easily be more than 210k baht total.

Social security payments are mandatory.
