i planned go to Kuala Lumpur for 1 night, what docs i need with me on Malasia border ?

what docs i need when i will come back to Thailand ? this okay if i come back to Chiang Mai ?

Usually just a passport is needed at the Malaysian border but exactly what is required depends on your nationality.

With a valid visa just the passport is required together with the entry/departure card is required on return to Thailand.

Yes you can re-enter in Chiang Mai.

It is all very easy. You just need your passport with the visa. No problems whatsoever.
