Hi All, does anyone know the current submission and collection times for an ED visa at Penang, I want to avoid taking a bus and would rather fly, I read another thread from August that said submit the paperwork on day 1 (not sure if morning only?) and then collect the following day after 2pm, is that still accurate?

It is accurate. Morning only application collect next day PM.
