Extensions of stay are obtained from a Thai immigration office not from an "agent" Generally speaking an "agent" is not required/needed to obtain an extension. Why do you believe an "agent" is needed ?
February 27, 201610 yr There's an immigration office in Mai Sot next to the bridge to Myanmar on the left side. Go there and do the extension yourself, cost 1900 baht, TM7 form and 1, 4cm x 6cm, picture, easily done. No agent necessary!!

I said I want to know of an visa agent shop in Maesot, I don't need to explain why I need to use their services.

Conversely responders do not have to answer in the manner you were expecting... :-)

As requested I have read the post slowly but have no idea where a visa agent can be found in Maesot. As suggest above the easiest (and cheapest) means of securing an extension of stay is to apply for one at the Thai immigration office.
February 28, 201610 yr Not sure you will find an agent in Mae Sot that can do it for you. Those normally are only found in the larger cities with a large expat community.
