So, my ? is can I report a few days later say around the 10th of March? I do not want to be considered someone who is on overstay. I really appreciate your help. Have a Great Day. Eclipse Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 (edited) If you really do have a Non Imm B Visa you do not have to do 90 day reports. I think you have an extension of stay. In which case you can report up to 15 days early and 7 days late. BTW 90 day reporting has nothing to do with overstays. If you are late you get fined 2,000 Baht. ubonjoe Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 You can do the report up to 7 days after the report date that includes the report date in the count. You could certainly do it on the 10th but no later than the 11th since the 7 days will end on a weekend. A late report is not an overstay it is just a late report.
