Question About The 90 Day Report

Featured Replies

Top of the morning to all. Okay, I'm currently on a Non B with work permit ( Teacher )

My 90 day reporting date is Due on 6th March. So, my ? is can I report a few days later say around the 10th of March?

I do not want to be considered someone who is on overstay. I really appreciate your help. Have a Great Day. Thank you

If you really do have a Non Imm B Visa you do not have to do 90 day reports.

I think you have an extension of stay.

In which case you can report up to 15 days early and 7 days late.

BTW 90 day reporting has nothing to do with overstays.

If you are late you get fined 2,000 Baht.

You can do the report up to 7 days after the report date that includes the report date in the count. You could certainly do it on the 10th but no later than the 11th since the 7 days will end on a weekend.

A late report is not an overstay it is just a late report. Overstay is going beyond your permit to stay date.
