POMCHOB
I'm a UK Citizen visited Laksi Immigration for a 60 day Visa Extension and was quite surprised as another different outcome than i was expecting. I had all the documents needed Marriage Certificate + Copy ,wife's ID a Photo , Passport with 30 day Visa Exempt Stamp my wife picked up the House Book at the Laksi Registry Office that was signed by an Official There and provided two copies. My wife accompanied me to Immigration. They do not accept a regular copy that we made, we needed it with the local office signatures and also stamped . They would only give me 30 day extension at the Bangkok Laksi Immigration Office and i can only extend it by a further 7 days there after that. To get a 60 day extension i would need to go to Krabi Immigration so from my experience there it is only 30 day Extension at Laksi for married UK Citizens. It seems to come down to which IO you see each IO seems to have a different requirement of what to do and what you will get.
