Two passengers killed,20 injured in charter bus crash

BANGKOK: -- Two passengers were killed and 20 others injured when a chartered bus from Khon Kaen to Maha Sarakham skidded off a curve on Khon Kaen-Yang Takad road in Chiang Yuen district of Maha Sarakham and rammed at a tree on the road shoulder.

PHUKET: -- The arrest of a Chinese national in Phuket last Saturday for providing a Thai SIM card to a suspect in a botched gun heist in Bangkok has left the Phuket Police chief floundering about what to do with tour operators handing out Thai SIM cards to tourists.
