The Debt Of A Loved One.

Maybe Thats the way it seems to go out here were a life of credit is king! And the money earned seems to belong to the family as a whole rather than the individual.

I say to hel_l with that plan! :o

Well, familly bound or familly ties.

That is what make thailand so appealing and so digusting on the same time. You explained why disgusting.

On the appealing side, the central family fund or 'krong sri' is extremely effective -usually for business purposes- for local families with higher levels of savings + cash flow; and no issues with defaulting on loans withdrawn from the fund. And I'm not just referring to the well to do, there are plenty of less well off folks who are surprisingly adept at managing their rather modest central funds for the betterment -typically for the funding of education for less fortunate family members- of their immediate and extended families.

:D

What we have to realize is that the 'Clickable Smiles Funciton' is there to open up the forum to people who are unable to express themselves in written English - perhaps written anything.

Removing the Clickable Smiles function from the forum would deny some the ability to say anything, whether that would a loss of any significance is a mute point (pun intended).
