I have double checked Van Zam and am not getting a virus warning. What virus scanner are you using and what virus warning are you getting?

Hidden is a php file which does nasty things.

When I click on that link I get prompted to dl a php script, then my virus software (NOD32) goes nuts after detecting a dangerous code.

The files I get are not the advertised .bmp files

These are the images that the OP wants a translation of. I've removed his original attachments. The php script was part of the Thaivisa system for handling attachments.

I'll PM the OP and ask them to put the pictures in the post instead of as attachments.

Sorry to the OP, I'm always dubious of first posts being files.

The first one says "phra[H] aajaan[M] chawb[F]" - His Holiness Ajaan Chawb (or Chorb/Chob depending on your transliteration style)

The large one has "magical text" in the middle which I can't decipher, I believe it is Khmer writing used for spells similar to the ones seen in 'sak yan' tattoos. The two diagonal lines to the left and right are regular Thai script though:

"wat bpaa samanusawn" (left hand side) - name of the temple, i.e. Pa Samanusorn (Forest Congregation Temple)

"amphoe wang saphu, jangwat loei" (right hand side) Amphur Wang Saphu, Loei Province

Moving this to the Buddhism forum in case somebody there can decipher the "magical" text.
