We're living in the UK and I'd love to get my wife some recent multi region DVDs and CDs (we can't play VCDs here). The problem is that I've got no idea what the big films and albums have been in the last six months.

Is there a good source of this info (in English)?

We can play VCD on our DVD here in Oz, we have an LG video/DVD player and it works fine with the stuff we got from LOS????
