Nok Air

Featured Replies

My first complaint is that the web site leaves a lot to be desired. I made a typo and couldn't correct it without reloading the entire SLOW site. I was trying to go from Loei to Bangkok. The normal message was "No flights available". There were no options to see a flight schedule. I finally got my flight and input my credit card information. I was then informed that they do not accept US based credit cards. My question is what good is the site? After all those problems, it may be safer to drive. :o

I had the same problem with Nok Air. It's funny when I called them they would accept my credit card???? doesn't make any sense and they also said they were working on getting a more secure way to use credit cards....but that hasn't happen in almost a year.

I'm from the US as well and find some of these simple things frustrating as well. But Nok air is a good airline and is half owned by Thai Airway, which leads me to believe they can set up a credit card service, but choose not to for some reason. TIT This is Thailand

Cheers,

Rudy
