This is about a foreign man staying in Thailand that left himself vulnerable by diddling into an illegal activity which everyone knows not to get involved with in Thailand. That man may have been a user but he was also dealing,which is what he has been arrested for. Not only was he dealing but doing it openly in a country that drug dealing holds the most severe penalties possible. It`s like walking a tightrope without a safety net, fall and you`re kaput.
