CANADIAN SEEKING ANY WORK / CONDO SALES / IMPORT-EXPORT (ANY LOCATION CONSIDERED)

Hello, my name is Dave Patrick, Canadian, 49, and currently residing & working in Taiwan. I previously taught here in Taiwan for 14 years, then went to Thailand in August/2013 for 13 months and returned back here to Taipei in September of 2014. In Thailand I did some agricultural work near Buriram, then taught at a senior high school outside Chonburi (Phanat Nikhom). I not only lived in the country for over a year, but I also vacationed in Thailand more than a dozen times for a month or more each visit over the previous 14 years, and so I know the country well.

I would like to return to Thailand to any kind of job that provides a work permit. I'd consider any position and any location throughout the country although, I do know Pattaya much more than any other city. The possibility of condo sales does intrigue me and if I needed any training, I am very open to this. I also wouldn't mind the importing-exporting field (mostly exporting Thai goods to Canada/U.S.A.) as I am studying a little about this currently.

If you were to request my resume, you will see I have not only taught English in my life, but that I also have business experience. In Canada, I did a number of things including owning/operating/managing 3 separate bar-restaurants (designing 2 of them), owning a national lottery franchise, a sportswear store, video store, and also was the owner / general manager of a semi-professional ice hockey team.
