I'm in Jomtien, and yes, I've recently been having a lot of problems (6 outages so far in 2026). In addition, the fact that their phone automated system has me choose English language, only to have some pre-recorded message in Thai follow, and that the SMS messages from them can be in either language, doesn't make it easy to deal with them. Very unprofessional of them, and very disappointing, considering how satisfied I had been previously as a 3BB customer before that, since 2019. These corporate acquisitions almost always turn out to be a disaster...and here we go again, apparently.
