SAO PAULO: -- Brazil’s embattled President Dilma Rousseff has vowed never to resign, despite a bid to impeach her and a huge, ongoing political crisis.

She is embroiled in a widespread corruption scandal, in which she is alleged to have manipulated government accounts.

Rousseff insists she has committed no crime.

Corruption is a World wide problem.

The higher the office the bigger problem.

Nobody wants to work to gain anymore, get into office only for 1 reason.

How much can i scam and how soon.

The BBC reports that she is now claiming the impeachment is a coup attempt.

That seems the latest <deleted> from politicians caught for corruption - it's all politically motivated, refusal to resign, and hope to somehow wiggle out of it.

Lies, corruption and then being caught used to spell the end of political careers - now it's a minor inconvenience.
