Is it possible using an agent, to drop off passport to the agent Sunday night and have passport with new SETV visa returned Monday afternoon? If so, any recommended agents?

Penang like many other Consulates, is a two day process. Hand in the application in the morning of day 1 and collect it in the afternoon of day 2. So even using an agent I doubt you'd get it back until Tuesday pm.

About 2 years ago, I saw someone at the consulate with a genuine emergency. They were willing to do the visa within an hour for that exceptional case. I think there is next to zero chance they will do same day service just because you would prefer not to spend longer in Penang.

A few years ago they did it same day if you got your application in early.
