The company has been warned that it will be held liable for any damage caused by the company’s default.The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) announced that a new auction will be held on May 27 for the 900MHz license. The reserve price for the license is set at JAS’s winning bid of 75.7 billion baht.
