I am going to Pattaya from bangkok tomorrow. Is it possible to get a bus from mohchit terminal or will it be full?

As an example: Bell Bus would have available:

09:30h 19 seats

13:30h 24 seats

17:30h 9 seats in van

Sound plausible to me.

No excessive traffic tomorrow in this direction.

The evening departure seems so little booked that they changed from coach to van.

Other direction is a bit different, 13h fully booked.

Another possibility, at half the price, is to go to the airport and take the regular hourly Jomtien bus from there. From Jomtien it's a 10B baht-bus ride to South/Central Pattaya, and this may be more convenient depending on exactly where you want to get to.

I always do that in reverse when going to Bangkok for the day.

Thanks for the replies. I took a taxi to ekkamai and now sitting on a bus to Pattaya for 108 baht. No waiting, got the next bus (buses every 30 mts). Bus is almost full but very comfortable.
