Can anyone tell me if - and at which shops - I can buy drinking fountains for cats in Thailand? (Ideally in Chiangmai or Bangkok, but if elsewhere I will check if they will deliver or send it to me.

Seriously.

Is a bowl not suffice.

The idea is to encourage my cats to drink more water - and given their impaired health this is now necessary - and the automatic refreshing, oxygenation and flow/trickle of a fountain is supposed to do this.

Thank you for the referral, but it seems they have just the very basic, cheap type whereas I'm looking for something much better, such as the one made by Petsafe which costs about 2000 baht (equivalent) in England but for which I'm prepared to pay if available here.

If your worried about water intake maybe try making them a soupy meal. This works for my older dog not sure about with cats. But when I mix up the food I add warm water and let it sit for a few minutes......
