My 90 day was due March 27. Totally forgot about it. I was going in to get a re-entry permit for May. I assume i will also need to file a 90 day before the re-entry permit can be issued. Can anyone tell me if there is a fine for reporting late on the 90 day?

The fine for late reporting is 2000 baht.

• The standard fine is 2,000 baht. If arrested it's 4,000 baht. Maximum is 5,000 baht plus 200 baht per day.

Section 76 : Any alien, alien, who fails to comply with the provisions of Section 37(2),(3),(4)or(5) shall be punished with a fine not exceeding 5,000 Baht and with and additional fine not exceeding 200 Baht for each day which passes until the law is complied with.

Immigration Act

• If you buy the re-entry permit at the airport the missed report shouldn't be an issue.
• The next time you visit your local office, for any reason, the missed report will be noticed and you will be fined.
