You all claimed that you liked Trump because he says it as it is

Now you are saying it was an act and he will say it as it is during the General election.whistling.gif

Actually sirineou, the Trumpeters here haven't said much at all on the latter.

They have all fled. laugh.png

Perhaps their "hero" has broken their hearts.

And they are embarrassed to finally find out that they've been hoodwinked and it's all an act... thumbsup.gif

You remember the saying, "my country, right or wrong."?

It applies to Trump supporters: "my candidate, right or wrong."

They've already proven how it doesn't matter what he says, how rude he is, or how flummoxed he is on important topics. They like his bluster and salesmanship, so nothing can shake that adulation.

Some topics which have not yet been addressed (Note to Trump: you better talk with your handlers, because you don't want to be caught off guard like you were with abortion issues, tariffs, taxes, and questions about 'the triad'.). Essentially no discussion among candidates of.....

>>>> legalization of pot, and allowing regular people to grow it.

>>>> allowing farmers to grow hemp

>>>> privatization of prisons. Note: when a corporation runs a prison: more prisoners = more profits.

>>>> inevitable trade wars which will ensue from Trump's 35 to 45% increase in tariffs.

>>>> extreme shortfall in tax revenues, when Trump lowers tax rates for super rich, including himself and his buddies.

Trump will be to a massive deficit what termites are to building large clay mounds. When has Trump ever shied away from borrowing large amounts of money? And how often has he reneged on paying money back to lenders?

So, his new chief advisor is saying that Trump has no real sincere political stands or convictions, he will just say whatever people want to hear in order to get elected! blink.png

Well, that particular insight into the probable future POTUS is comforting. facepalm.gif

All that means is that he will fit in well in Washington.

The Donald Trump Pygmalion Project

"Mr. Manafort rolled out his Pygmalion project with a PowerPoint presentation behind closed doors at the Republican National Committee retreat in Florida last week.

The part he’s been playing is evolving,” Mr. Manafort assured the Republicans."

"Mr. Trump doesn’t really mean it when he says things like he’ll deport 11 million immigrants,

or block Muslims from entering the country, or kill terrorists’ children, or when he maligns women.

He’s doing all that, Mr. Manafort suggested, to win the primaries "clap2.gif Say what? Could you please repeat that for TVF members? laugh.png

"Starting small, the Trump-improvement strategists have already persuaded Mr. Trump to deliver a New York victory speech devoid of epithets,

and to stop calling the Sunday morning TV shows to bloviate on this or that." cheesy.gif
