NLA to visit voters to explain referendum question

BANGKOK, 29 April 2016 (NNT) - Members of the National Legislative Assembly are set to visit voters across the country to explain the public referendum question.

NLA President Pornpetch Wichitcholchai said that the legislature will be joined by the National Reform Steering Assembly in a nationwide tour to explain the question, which voters will need to answer while casting their vote in the public referendum.

Mr. Pornpetch said that the explanation will focus on the meaning of the question, the reason behind the question and the consequence of the question.

He added that the explanation process will adhere to the framework of the Public Referendum Act and will use only easy-to-understand language without any attempt to influence voters’ decision.

The NLA President is confident that the trips will help voters acquire accurate understanding about the referendum question and they will use discretion when they vote.

Will visit voters. Yep. All 40 million or so eligible voters.

"Members of the National Legislative Assembly are set to visit voters across the country to explain the public referendum question."

Those voters who don't "understand" the importance of the referendum should expect knocks on their doors in the middle of the night.

Understanding the question is without question the way to go, and explaining the meaning of the question while unveiling the reason behind the question and the possible consequences of the question is unquestionably a quest worthy of inquest.

This leaves me with just one question: What's the question..."question mark"

I bet you most don't have the slightest idea <deleted> they are talking about. Don't even know what a referendum or a constitution is.

Yeah, Mao had his red book, at the time a great solution.

What are they going to tell all these people? A free calender with prajuth's photo.
