Both, but right now, silver is undervalued. Still, I wouldn't go all in on precious metals. Get some advice about a proper portfolio allocation. I can remember buying and selling 1 oz gold coins in the $300 range, most recently in the early 2000s. So it can be a good inflation hedge. And I can remember buying bags of junk silver for not much. Maybe 3X face? Again, a good inflation hedge for anyone with a long term time horizon. And don't forget, silver has industrial applications, so that gives it added value. They need that stuff. -

WISE - Banks that can receive money in Thailand
I believe this has to do with some new money laundering measures that came into effect on May 1. Only some banks were properly prepared for the changes as regards transfers from Wise, UOB not among them. KBank and Bangkok Bank OK. The notice I read about this said they were working on getting all banks authorized to accept Wise transfers but it might take a while. -

There is a chance that the beer is recycled, and that the burger is not necessarily beef. The low cost base price of Thailand becomes much more expensive when one wishes to have western comforts such as a proper bathroom, or HVAC. My shopping bill for a bag of basic western groceries at Villa was 2500 baht. Try and find affordable bell peppers. 30-35 baht a small pepper. A good mattress is difficult to find. A western quality pillow top mattress is on sale for 160,000 baht at Mattress City. A semi decent mattress goes for 15,000-35,000 baht. And so on and so forth. -
