I am thinking about moving to Pattaya, Jomtien. I already live in Thailand. I am looking for a decent 1 bedroom condo to rent, not a studio. for under 15.000baht. Can anyone recommend some properties. Thank you

Also Jomtien Beach Condominium ,which would be a double unit of 56 sqm. Getting on in age but well managed with two huge pools ,gym ,restaurants and shops ,and just across the road from the beach .There is also the newish Park lane and Paradise Park Jomtien .Both small at 36 sqm ,but they do have a separate bedroom .

OP check the Electricity rate .Some landlords charge double the Government rate .Could add B2000 or more to your electricity bill per month .

Same goes for water, garbage, and internet...check that these are direct billed by the providers or that there is no markup.

Thanks for all the information. As I said I am thinking about moving but have not made up my mind. I currently live in Isaan. Thanks again. Next time I go to Pattaya I will check those out.

Several off topic posts offering property have been removed, this is a discussion forum and the OP is looking for advice and recommendations, if you have something to sell or rent please use the classifieds or post in ' Thailand Accommodation Finding Forum' thanks
