May 8, 201610 yr I first visited Pattaya in 2004. That big C Nua was all the mall I needed. Enough movies in the theater both Thai and western, the tabletop barbecue place was fine, the sushi place was fine. The little Dairy Queen was fine for a 69 baht banana split for desert. Never bought much in the mall area. I just don't need much. I don't need any more malls or upgrades, but some Pattaya investors seem determined to throw money into such projects I think it was one of the very few malls at that time apart from Mike's and Royal Garden.
