Where have you been, starting? They are building everywhere, in the town and on the outskirts.

4/5 star resorts between Hua Hin and Cha Am, calling it the family resort centre of Thailand.

i refer you to an earlier thread posted in the pattaya section. where i tried to get pattaya dwellers to open up about possibilities, goings on should we say in Hua Hin. i wanted to give the impression that pattaya is overly built and riddled with violence and bad goings on. this was par for the course.

i then wanted my fellow members to compare. none of them would have it. it was as though i had asked them to vacate their properties. what a monster i am. perhaps i hit a raw nerve as i'm sure there are people who have invested in the city.

prefer balanced opinions. some guy called 'digger' obviously didn't like my post as he must of thought i was trying to devalue his condominiums. am i rude? i do think not. concensus is that things are moving already, so i would like to see other people sit up and consider the possibilities of other provinces. it can't hurt to talk?
