Hello all,

i have a 23 yrs old ISUZU Dragon Pick-up truck, diesel. The muffler fell off. Is it save to continue driving without muffler or can it cause damage to the motor?

Any helpful reply will be appreciated.

Thanks for your attention.

It wouldn't hurt the engine. It will be really noisy. Performance may suffer very slightly but I doubt you would detect this. Go to an enhaust shop. Yu may be able to pick up a newish one off of a truck that had its original replaced. I doubt it would cost much at all.

Don't fit a new split system ☺☺☺

Be careful that you don't lose the exhaust pipe.If that goes you can have to much heat on the exhaust valves.Muffler you'll be ok.

You might enjoy the sound.
