Could we start a new thread dedicated to what people have successfully used as proof of address for passport renewal as there are many threads on here regarding this matter some are out of date and some are speculation as to what is ecceptable

Utility bills

I used envelopes from the past four years from the British Embassy to me. The envelopes were from when I sent for the income confirmation letter.

A letter from my employer, on Company headed notepaper, confirming my address.

A translated copy of my condo ownership deed.

Utility bills.

Work permit (translated).

For renewal of UK Passport...(April 2016)

Copy of Thai driving license with address translation done, and initialled, by myself.

UK Passport, today (May 18)

1. Receipt from AXA Thailand for annual health insurance, address in English.

2. Self printed bank statement from UK bank account.

P60 and bank statement sent from UK.

Envelope from Royal British Legion containing their quarterly magazine.

Thai Driving Licence, Letter from UK Bank .

Correspondence from HMRC to me at my Thai home-address ...

... and for my (15-year-old) son's passport-renewal, an invoice for his school-fees.

just received notice that my passport is ready submitted on 18th may so that's a 16 day turn around, very good

Mine too, in on the 18th, ready today. Impressive tracking information too, DHL tracked there, DHL tracked back and then an email and phone call from VFS today.

Have to say I was surprised but I got an SMS from DHL on Wed 1st, in Thai, with the shipment details.
