If what you wrote could be considered to be slander , untrue or defamatory , then they can take private legal action, because thet is against the law in Thailand

But Can you be arrested at the airport or by the police???

Possibly.

Defamation is a criminal offence in Thailand.

If the victim makes a police report you could be in trouble.

To clarify, even if what you said is 100% true, you can be guilty of slander.

I wouldn`t chance it until you leave Thailand and don`t plan on coming back, at least for several years. It`s OK to mention your bad experiences with your rental but probably not wise to mention any names or addresses because at the moment it`s just your word against theirs. The laws are not as harsh as some may think because people making serious allegations can ruin businesses and reputations especially if it`s just because some are competitors or hold grudges.

It`s the opposite in Thailand from other countries whereas in some countries it up to the people being accused of wrong doing to prove otherwise and in Thailand it`s up to the accusers to come up with absolute proof before making accusations.
