Am I missing some stupid Australian humor or something and I love Aussie humor? Lol, are you guys for real? This guy is an icon? I suppose the overweight, bad hair tomato I drink to much face is in. If so, I need to move to Australia as I would have harems of hot Aussie women scattered around. Not a bad prospect. Is poor selection of men why the hotties leave Australia or pursue American guys? Is that why Aussies get so worked up of attractive, well to do American men like Depp that can pull the hot women from Australia like its nobodies business?

Maybe you need an American dictionary for your perception, definition and use of the word entitlement. Actors and politicians actually have to spend time, effort and work for it . . . otherwise, many would do their jobs and reap the rewards that success brings with those occupations. Musicians work their tail off for it. Only a very, very few that strive to make it in these industries achieving achieve success and that success does not come easy.

Entitlement is more befitting to uneducated losers, that sit on their butts, do nothing but complain about those that are successful and have cool stuff and are angered by it, envious of it, believe the world owes them the same and how no moral dilemma about mooching of the system or having others pay for their lazy butts.

Depp is actually a very down to earth who is not caught up in the the glitzie, look at me, Hollywood bs drama and is a very generous dude, that does a lot for children and charities. Nevertheless, it it gives you the war and fuzzier to hate on him in this manner, have at it lol . . .

Sir Les Patterson is an Australian icon though. Without question. An International statesman representing the more refined side of Australian culture. In fact he is said to have more culture than a penicillin factory.
