I arrive from UK at BKK on 17th Aug and leave on 15th Sep. I'm assuming that the 15th Sep counts as a Visa day, so in total 30 days. Will that be covered by Tourist visa on entry or do I need to get a visa that is of a greater duration?

Would appreciate if one or more of you fine folk could please enlighten me as to what the current permitted length of stay is for tourist visa on arrival at BKK.
