Good news. Long may they both live in health and happiness!

What a shame they are still hospitalized. I hope they get better soon and can return to their seaside home. Fresh sea air must be much better for you than Bangkok City air.

So if the doctors found the health conditions satisfactory, why she was hospitalized again?

Because a very important person lives at Siriraj.

To quote:

Queen Sirikit has undergone medical tests at Chulalongkorn Hospital which found insufficient blood flow to her brain, the palace said in the first statement about her health in two years.

DELETED

My understanding is that there are 2 problems, either of which is potentially serious.

1. A lesion at the site of the last stroke, a lesion is typically an area of damage cause by cell death due to lack of oxygen-carrying blood..

2. 'Poor blood flow to the brain' in other words, probably another ischemic stroke. This is probably the reason for hospitalisation, she appears to have had another stroke..

DELETED The symptoms which triggered a trip to BKK are not given, however, it is known that if the stroke patient receives treatment relatively quickly (2 hours or so), then the situation may respond to non-surgical treatment

Given the history of a previous stroke though, I would be concerned about the recovery prospects and time if it were someone in my family.

Strokes, in general, are not very good news.
