PHUKET:-- The head of the Phangnga Bay National Park has called for the arrest of the person who posted a video implying that officials allowed a farang film crew to make a sex movie in the iconic James Bond island area.

Woraphot Lormlim speaking after a meeting of the park's committee called for action after the park authority and the provincial government had been made to look complacent in the fulfilling of their duties which was completely untrue.

He said that it was nonsense that the video had been allowed and besides evidence showed that it had been made at least 15 years ago. There was malicious intent and therefore a crime to answer and the person who posted the clip should be prosecuted according to the computer crime legislation.

A complaint and call for prosecution of the poster was made to the relevant authorities involved in computer crime.

Earlier this month the video had created a sensation. In several parts it had shown around four foreigners seemingly at the iconic landmark before cutting to another area among tropical vegetation where a sex scene took place.

Arrest those who posted the vdo or those involved in making and producing it?

Imagine if Thailand adopt such an attitude, there will be a complete "shut down" ?

No no. He wants the people in govt who got CAUGHT to be arrested. The rest can relax.gigglem.gif

No idea why anyone would want to shoot porn in such a hot and sweaty place, with absolutely no chance of privacy.

And will they also arrest the park officials at the time that were paid off to turn a blind eye?

Yet another who feels the uncovering of crimes and bad deeds is a bigger issue than the deeds themselves.

if the park had security who did their jobs and did not take bribes this would have not happened blame the Park and park employees

A million visitors a year to this park leaving garbage everywhere and the park headman is only concerned about who posted a sex video?

Sounds like another incompetent Thai official who got the job from inside connections.

I saw a Japanese porn film once that certainly looked like Thailand...of course it could have been anywhere with lots of pristine-looking beach and palm trees. It even featured a lot of girls peeing underwater after they'd raped some men on the beach. Japanesensess.

The Park Head is 15 years too late!!!!!!!!!

And what the hell he really want's. Seems again like officials playing the games as kids play in kindergarten!

No need to make them look complacent... They acheive that all by themselves ...

"lots of pristine-looking beach and palm trees." Seems that would take Thailand off the list right from the git go

Let killer drivers go free but arrest a sex video poster? Twisted thinking? You betcha!

...maybe they were all hiding in the bushes waiting for the climax.
