I have read on Thai Visa quite a few times that a work permit can be used as proof of address (for where I live).

However, I have looked through my work permit and I cannot find any sign of my home address.

On the inside cover and next to my photograph there is a section titled 'Address of place of work' but I cannot find any mention of my home address.

Therefore, could someone please advise me where this should be?

My home address is on page 4, the work address on page 7.

Ah, that may be because my work permit was re-issued 2 years ago as the old one was full.

The new work permits have a different format, so maybe that is the answer to my question.

Mine was issued in 2009 in Korat.

Mine was issued 2012 and shows my home address on page 4. Page 7 has the address of my place of work.

Mine was issued a few month ago and my adress is not on it but on the 1st page next to my photography there is my work address and they all used this for official purposes.

As mentioned above, my new WP was issued in 2014, so this must be a new layout.
