I currently have a year NON-0 visa from Savannaket which runs out in about 6 weeks, can I get an EOS through the company I work for (which i belive would be a NON-B or do you need a 3 month Non-B visa to start with to get that EOS?

Or can i get EOS for NON-O based on work, Im separated but still married.

You can get a work permit and work with the non-o visa you have now without getting an extension based upon working. If you have an income of 40k baht you could apply for an extension based upon marriage by showing 2 or 3 months of tax payments for that income. Much better than one that is tied to your job.

If you want to an extension based upon working you could get one after you have the work permit.

Hi,

I currently have a work permit with by NON-O as I am legally married, however it is running out int the next month and EOS marriage is not an option based on the fact Thai wife is unwilling to help, this leaves the option of getting another NON-O at Savannaket with the minimum paperwork or getting an EOS through work, but I am unsure if you can get an EOS through work while having a current NON-O or whether you need to have a 3 month Non-B before it can be extended.

With a work permit and the correct paper work from you employer you should have no problem applying for an extension of stay based upon working with your current non-o visa entry.

Can you meet the minimum salary requirement of 50k baht income that is required for most western countries to apply for the extension.

Yes 50k income is not a problem. Thanks for advice.

P.S As of writing still ok to get a 1 year NON-O from Savannahket?
