Child pornography? Give us a break: it's someone who is struggling with his identity and has no outlet. He shouldn't be crucified for this serious error of judgement. Since when are high school seniors categorised as children. Some common sense....and appropriate trneyeatment rather than punitive...should apply. Political correctness gone mad however unsavoury the episode.

That may ultimately be the outcome depending on how his attorney handles this. Fairfax is fairly liberal and not likely to apply some draconian punishment

Guess the police in checking his mobil phone found other evidence that may be used against him in a court

of law. He was in court today, so charges have been filed. It was also mentioned he was held and not released on bail. He may be in deep sh..before its all said and done.

Kids get prosecuted for harmless playing around, but real criminals , like mass-murderer politicians ( Cheney, Bush, Blair,etc.) get off scott-free and get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to speak at events. What a great country/culture !!!
