Extend non. O 60 days

Hi i want to extend my non o multi entry at jomtien immigration for 60 days. Does my wife need to report me staying in the house before or will i go and just get a fine? How do i get her to report that i live at this address? Thanks.

not you will get fined, your wife will.

You wife will need to be with you when you apply for the 60 day extension to visit her.

Not if the form states you just moved into the residence. Normally it is only a 800 baht fine at many offices.
