Rape & Murder in Na Jomtien: Police Launch Man Hunt

PATTAYA: -- On June 14 the Na Jomtien Police Department received reports of a violent murder and rushed to the scene with Sawangboriboon medics.

There, in a room on the ground floor of a three-story condo building, lay the body of thirty-two year old Ms Pattarawarin Saengmeuk. Part of her clothing, including her shorts, had been cut away and she had been stabbed seven times. A heavy pestle had been forced into her vagina.

The building caretaker, thirty-seven year old Kanes Krongchon, told reporters that Ms Saengmeuk’s work friends had called by to pick her up as usual and could see the victim lying on the floor of her room. Mr Krongchon then used the spare key to gain access and revealed the grisly scene.
